Our Art & Design courses will encourage you to develop core skills such as drawing, visual research, technical skills, applying the creative process, visual language and experimenting with media, materials and techniques. In addition you will have the opportunity to study your chosen specialism in more detail, whether it’s graphic design, fine art, drawing, fashion/textiles or 3D design.

Studying Art & Design at Peterborough College will enable you to produce an excellent creative portfolio of original and innovative work required for either university, industry interviews or an Apprenticeship. You will be able to showcase your talent at the end of year Art & Design exhibition and at other festivals and exhibitions throughout the year.

Take a virtual tour around our dedicated Art & Design building which is also a shared facility for those studying Bricklaying and includes a large Bricklaying workshop.

The building has a number of dedicated studios for those studying Art & Design, which includes a drawing and painting studio, printmaking studio and 3D and sculpture studio.
