Now Executive Chef at Royal Automobile Club and Ace Hotel London, Former Student Matthew Marshall Returns to Guest Chef at Peterborough College

On Thursday, former student Matthew Marshall returned to the award-winning Parcs Restaurant on our Peterborough College campus to guest chef for a meal with the Royal Automobile Club.
Matthew worked alongside our students for the whole day to prepare, cook and serve a multicourse meal in the Parcs Restaurant. The catering students were able to showcase their talent, skill and knowledge to numerous employers and customers – receiving outstanding feedback!
Matthew has developed a fantastic reputation in the catering industry and regularly returns to Peterborough College, giving our catering students a wide range of “real-world” experiences, such as running front of house at Michelin Star restaurants and giving them “opportunities to work with Michelin Star chefs in London and Surrey”, Matthew added, “these opportunities give the Catering students much-needed, valuable industry exposure”.
Matthew went on to say how much he enjoys returning to Peterborough College, saying, “as a former student, I love being able to come back to where it all started for me.”
